Fabulous introduction to Persian cooking
I have used this book for over 6 years now. The recipes are in both English and in Farzi. She offers easily available substitutes for Persian foods and spices that may be hard to locate in your area, but also provides addresses and phone numbers of stores, nationwide, that will ship orders. Every recipe I have used has been served to Persians and the complements on the taste reminding them of their mother's cooking suprized me at first.
