A unique way to exercise!
This book has a lot to offer just about anyone, that is provided they like the idea of using the Swiss ball, which is a lot of FUN. The book includes exercises for just about every area of your body and even throws in a section on stress management. I recommend this book for anyone who prefers to exercise at home and wants something different from regular floor mat exercise.
