Climactic seventh book to finish another storyline in this series
'Jack Sparrow #7: City of Gold' is perhaps the best book yet in this quick-read series that is intended for young to middle-age teens but is an enjoyment for anyone who reads them. Jack and his crew must travel back to New Orleans to keep the evil priestess from the fifth book from turning New Orleans to gold and holding it captive under her power. Meanwhile, Jack's crewmate Arabella shockingly meets someone closely related in her life, and most of the main characters who have accompanied Jack on these exciting, supernatural, yet awesome adventures discover their own motives to go their own separate ways. Shortly thereafter, Jack and one remaining crewmate startlingly run into a certain demon of the ocean depths, providing a tantalizing cliffhanger and springboarding the series into a whole new cargo of adventures that will ultimately carry Jack's story into the famed film trilogy.

AMAZING
This book was off the charts. It was very suspenseful and I literally could not put it down. I originally had the first three in this series, but they were all so good I went to Barnes and Noble the day I finished the third and bought the next four. Tomorrow I will probably buy the next few.
