Now we all know the 'between the series' books are short and don't neseccarily move the story along, but they have at least been somewhat entertaining. This one just seems to be a plot she has used before that she dropped a leprechaun into. I wanted to like it, I just couldn't. Very disappointing.

Enjoyable, but not as good as the regular Plum novels.
Rather contrived and without the charm of the "numbers" books. Still, it is at times laugh-out-loud funny and is an enjoyable story.

Plain stupid.
This book seemed almost like it was written by a scatterbrained, middle school aged cheerleader. I think this book (and the others like it) feel as if Evanovich is trying too hard at the "madcap-I-Love-Lucy" style of characterization of Stephanie Plum. In fact, having just finished "Finger Lickin' Fifteen", I fear that even her numbered series is headed the same way. Very formulaic and silly. It's a shame, too, because the numbered series was a great one, up until the last 2, maybe 3 books.

Very disappointed
I read this book because I always read Plum books. However, it was a struggle to finish, the plot was a little too ridiculous. Evanovich should stick to the number novels and not waste time writing quick reads like this.

Oh how I enjoyed laughing as I listened to this book
Sometimes I just need to get away from all the stress of my life. Listening to Plum Lucky as I drove to and from work was like taking a little getaway in the middle of the work week. The plot was so creative, and the characters so quirky, that I did not want it to end. I had only two problems with the book. It was too short, and there was no mention of her pet hamster, Rex. I was worried that something had happened to him.

I really enjoyed Plum Lucky.
With Grandma Mazur, Diesel, and Lulu, and throw in an RV and a casino, this book was laugh out loud funny, as are most of the author's books. I enjoyed this so much, I couldn't believe I was on the last pages, I couldn't put it down.

Silly
This was a ridiculous book. It was like reading a Mickey Spillane novel. I really disliked it. It was very easy reading though!

Plum Poor
Evanovich has run out of fresh ideas for this series. How many times can you recycle exploding cars and animal humor. It is time to hang it up.

Yawn, Snnooooooze
Can Janet write anything but the same old, same old? Grandma was the only refreshing character here in this lastest book. Otherwise, its pure formaula, uninspired writing. Good for mindless, predictable, minldy entertaining reading. Please Janet, let's move these characters to new adventures that don't involve cars being destroyed and typical mishaps with captures.

This book was not up to par with the others. It appeared to be written for a 12 year old. I wish I could get a refund.

It was easy reading and enjoyable
The usual Stephanie Plum. I enjoy reading her books, I know the characters and what she is capable of doing. Easy, good reading and will make you smile and shake your head. I have all the series and the extras one. Love her work..

Check it out!
Stephanie Plum and her cast of cohorts are at it again (only this time it's Diesel!) Grandma Mazur has stepped in it this time and it is Stephanie to the rescue. Nothing should happen to Grandma Mazur and she is a riot!! This is a light funny read and goes along well with the other books in the series. If you like reading Stephanie Plum - you'll enjoy this one.
