    Mind blowing

Howard Zinn never ceases to amaze. I read this book in 2 days flat. I couldn't put it down. This book made me angry, made me sick, made me sad, but inspired me and opened my eyes to a ton of things I had never realized. And, solidified and expanded on many things that I, myself, had already been thinking. Howard Zinn is incredible and this book will not disappoint. Oh, and, the last paragraph of the book was so moving and inspiring that I had to type it up and put it on my wall as a constant reminder.

    One of Zinn's best

There is a great amount of information in this book for any student of American history. Classic Zinn - Big ideas - a alot of thought provoking examples. Granted, because this is a compilation some stories and facts are to be repeated, but I very much enjoyed it and plan to use in my high school and college classes.
