I found Rea Frey's book to be so inspiring and in less than one
I found Rea Frey's book to be so inspiring and in less than one week's time, it has become my favorite summer read. It is now my "go to" book for quick, uncomplicated answers before preparing a meal or heading to the grocery store.
Unlike others I've read, this book is not a lecture on what not to eat, but in fact, just the opposite. She simply meets you 'where you are' and offers suggestions on what can be added to your diet to make it a more healthy option. And her recipes are easy and delicious!
Rea Frey's book is appropriate for anyone who is looking to improve their lifestyle through diet and fitness. Regardless of your food preferences, have fun with this book and explore. You won't be disappointed.
