This book changed my life.
I would advice everyone to read this wonderful uplifting book. It has helped me so much in my everyday life. I can know say that it¿s made me realize things I never really thought could be possible. When I was at a point in my life where I thought I hit rock bottom, and was looking for an answer. I found The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment By Eckhart Toll, and realized that the answer I was searching for was my self. I have found so much peace in life. I am no longer taken over by my past or the future I am now a watcher of my mind and thought¿s. Thank you for such a self healing way of living.

Life Changing
I was Interduced to Eckhart Tolle, by my Sister she read his books A New Earth (Awakening to your Lifes Purpose) and Power of Now guide to Spiritual Enlightenment. I started out with these two books and didnt stop. They have been Life changing for Me. His teaching brings a whole new look on Life, You and the world we live in. I hope you get as much growth as a spirit as I have.

I've already bought several more books for my friends.
I'm at a time in my life where I'm looking to combat the daily stresses and anxiety that often overwhelms me. My buddhist friends says this book encompasses everything she grew up learning and studying through Buddhism, but is framed for a Western audience. It's an amazing read which I will pull out again and again and is placed right next to my bed. Whenever fear, anxiety or stress start to creep up... I will most definitely pull this book out to ease and caress my racing mind.

Excellent Condensed Version of Big Book
If you want to cut to the chase of THE POWER OF NOW, this is the way. This is a condensed version of that book and it makes the main points and gives great exercises in a format that is quickly readable. I benefitted from reading both and highly recommend them.

This one is an abbreviated version of The Power of Now, along with ways to practice The Power of Now.
His philosophy can speak to anyone - to any religious, personality, or beliefs.
In this review I thought I'd let Scifi fans know what The Power of Now means in Scifi terms.
The Power of Now means having a mental presence or experiencing a None-Linear state of mind. -

Inspirational. Must read.
This book reminds us of the present and how the future and the past could all be insignificant. However, Tolle is not recommending that we stop worry about the future, but how we live the present will better prepare for the future.

Useful one
I chose this shorter version of "The Power of Now" after reading and loving "A New Earth". It is good, but for some reason I didn't catch me as much as "A New Earth". I have been reading one chapter at a time. Maybe when my mood is more open I'll enjoy it more.

NOW
Live each day as if it were your last. Be in the moment. Carpe Diem. However you put it we need to know it. Living in the present takes care of the past and the future. That is the same message in my favorite spiritual book, I Talked To God And He Wants To Talk To You. Don't dwell on the past or worry about the future. Live Today.

Everyone should read this book!
This may be the best and most useful book I have ever read. I find myself picking it up every day and rereading parts to get myself back on track. It's a wonderful way to live, in the present without the ego. It is life changing!
