Very informative if you want to gain muscle
I found this book to be about the best book for muscle gain that I have come across . Mr Brink gives details on what to eat, how much to eat, exactly how to train and a load of real clever tips. It's not techincal either which was a plus for me. I wasen't very interested in the one chapter about how to make it in bodybuilding, but as a book for learning how to gain muscle.
