Amy and Sonic Love Story- 6

Sonic surpised Amy by taking her to the beach. They both walked on the shore picking up seashells as they went. Sonic founded the perfuct spot to watch the sun rise. It was a rock that was hanging over the ocean. They both sat side by side. Amy leaning against Sonic's shoulders and Sonic himself having his arm around Amy. An hour passed and Amy remembered what Sonic tried to do back at the hill side. "Umm..Sonic, can I ask you something?" They pulled apart and turned to face each other. "Of course Ames." Amy looked at her feet nervously, she was afraid of what Sonic would say. "Why are you doing this?" Sonic smiled. "Amy, I have to tell you something and I never notice it till today but I have feelings for you and I just can't keep them bottled up anymore. Amy I..I love you." Sonic's eyes dropped as he stood up and pulled Amy up with him. She looked up at him, tears in her eyes but Sonic brushed them away and he leaned in closer until their lips connected he put his arm around her waist deeping the kiss. The kiss seemed to last forever until they had to pull apart for air. Sonic was the first one to speak. "I think it's time that I took you home." Amy nodded and let Sonic pick her up bridal style and sped off for Amy's house. Once there Sonic sat Amy down in front of her door. She gave him a hug and looked up at him smiling. "Sonic, that really was the best day of my life." She hugged him tighter which he returned. He also kissed her on the forehead. "I love you Sonic." "I love you too Amy." Sonic then waved goodbye and zoomed off. Amy also waved before going inside her house and getting ready for bed. Sonic was running home when he passed Knuckles's house. "Knuckles would still be awake let me tell him the good news." Sonic walked up and knocked 3 times. (With Knuckles)"Who could that be?" Knuckles got up from the couch and walks to the door to open it. "This better be a good reason why...oh Sonic. It's you. What are you doing here? Come in." "Thanks." Sonic said as he walked in. "I have something to tell you about Amy." "What is it?" Knuckles asked. "Amy is now my girlfriend." Knuckles looked at him. His jaw dropped open. "You and...and Amy...together?!" Knuckles said. "Yea. Isn't great?! I never felt so good in my life!" Sonic shouted. "Umm.. Sonic you are okay right? Shadow didn't kick you in the back of the head again did he?" Knuckles asked. "What? No. Anyway I got to go and tell Tails bye!" Sonic races off. "Okay Sonic has gone off the deep end this time." Knuckles muttered. "I better talk to Amy about this." Knuckles said. He was about to walk out when a Football game came on. "Oh football. Well Sonic's werid mind can wait this is more important." Knuckles sits down. "Go Panther! Yea!"
