"Quinoa 365: The Everyday Superfood" is a quietly unassuming book that packs quite a punch. To say I was caught off guard by how much I enjoyed this book is an understatement. Every recipe I tried was a success. Authors Patricia Green and Carolyn Hemming provide you with an overall education on quinoa, along with exciting new ways to use this seed and truly bring it to life. The book is beautifully photographed, and a wide variety of recipes are included that show you how quinoa can be used as breakfast foods, snacks, salads, soups, in baking and for baby food.

Good recipes

This book offers many recipes that help make a grain that is bland very flavorable. I use quinoa as a rice. This book offers recipes for dinner, breakfast and lunch. If you want to spice up your quinoa, this is the book.

    Great resource

This is very comprehensive for those not experienced with cooking with quinoa. There are lots of tasty, useful, adaptable recipes too, for families as well as just one or two people.

I have enjoyed this book for the simplicity of the recipe and the recipes are delicious. There are also cookies, muffins and more in this book and I will be trying them out soon.

    The river

WhiteClan cats don't usually catch fish, but lots of herbs can be found here, and there are some rocks that can be used for sunning.
