I enjoy quinoa but with it's unique flavor I mostly eat it plain
I enjoy quinoa but with it's unique flavor I mostly eat it plain because my concoctions often don't come out tasting quite right. This is why I was so excited for the release of this cookbook! And, I'm not let down. There is great assortment through the book with many quinoa and quinoa product (ie flour) recipes. I'm so happy to have a go-to when cooking with this little grain because it is a staple in our home. I like how the book is organized and love how each chapter relates it's recipes to the seasons. In addition there are codes for things like 30-minute recipes, gluten free, vegetarian, etc. It's a simple book that will add variety to your quinoa experience!

Recipes Seem Interesting
To be completely honest, I haven't actually made anything out of this cook book yet. I bought 4 at the same time, and just haven't gotten around to this one yet.
