Angels in Pink is a great book. It is very interesting, but I think that Kathleen's story was more entertaining.
If I was to rate this from one to ten, I would rate it a seven.
Raina and her friends, Kathleen and Holly, are enjoying the opportunity to volunteer at the hospital in the program Pink Angels.
Since they liked it during the summer, they decide to continue with it for their junior year for a credit. While Kathleen and Holly can
not work extra hours, Raina knows she will because her mom works there.
While Raina is looking forward in spending more time with Hunter, her boyfriend, she finds out her old boyfriend is back.
Now she knows there will be conflicts between her and Hunter. Then, Kathleen is walking around scared that her and Carson will not
last because they go to different schools, especially with Stephanie coming around trying to ruin everything between them. During
their worries of their relationship, Holly is jealous of Raina and Kathleen and mad at her dad because is overprotective and will not let
    her date anyone.
Although Lurlene McDaniel mentions something about every character, she keeps the story more on Raina.
With Raina's old boyfriend, Tony, coming back, the secret will be revealed by him, but she isn't the only one with a secret. She finds
something out about her mom, which makes her fell betrayed.

A wonderful addition to the Angels triology

Lurlene McDaniel has a way of incorporating illness in with truly touching stories of love and friendship. 'Raina's Story' is no exception. The way she brought out Raina's history with her mother and with her sexual experiences only made the reader love her more!
