This is a great book. The pictures and design are beautiful, and there is information not only on the health benefits of raw, but tips on losing weight and other useful healthy habits. There's even a section on fermented foods. No recipe requires a dehydrator, and some of them don't even require a food processor. There are soups, salads, main courses, desserts, and many drink recipes. There are several recipes for juices and smoothies, and a section on how to do a juice or smoothie cleanse the healthy way. This is a fantastic book - not only are the recipes delicious, but there is so much great, useful information - I highly recommend this book to people looking to add healthy foods and routines to their lives.Was this review helpful? Great for the Raw Novice

That aside, the recipes are delicious and easy! Almost every recipe includes health notes and preparation tips too.
