Real Stories from a Real Cop
This book has all the "behind the scene" stories that the public doesn't see. The reader gets a look at the daily life of an HPD patrolman. It will make you appreciate that there are public servants putting their life on the line to protect us every day.

The book has humor and romance and shares with the reader the team dynamics of having a partner they have to depend on.

A really good read - worth your time.
I really enjoyed this book. It had the feel of being written by someone who knew what they were talking about. It is exciting, funny and interesting. The characters are so well developed that you actually care about what happens to them. Once I started reading it I didn't want to stop. I recommend this book highly.

From a peer
I have known the author for about 28 years and worked with him for a good number of years. His story line is very believable and his assessment of the HPD is right on. He apparently chose to clean the language up a bit. As far as I know this is his first book and he really impressed me. It's a good read.

Real Cops is a funny & exciting glimpse into the modern day police patrol world, with some romance to boot!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book! It has exciting police chases, interesting police characters, quirky citizens, and the romance is handled very well. Some of the situations that the patrol officers get into had me laughing out loud. There is some salty language which is exactly how you would expect police officers and "perps" to talk. The book left me wanting more stories like these with these same main characters!
