    180+

This story was fun, overall a good read but it could have been fleshed out quite a bit. It was only 180+ pages and thats per the nook reformating which seemed to be having a hard time getting the page # and format correct.

    Captivating Story!

Find this review and more at Lusty Penguin Reviews!

The first in the End of Days series, Reaper is a gripping post-apocalyptic paranormal romance by Mina Carter.

Ten years after the world changed forever, Mason, a former soldier, keeps the town of Sanctuary safe from the paranormal creatures that continually hunt them. Through the years, Mason has honed a useful skill: he can spot paranormal creatures despite their use of disguises. Mason’s world changes forever when Andy, a beautiful girl with curves in the right places, rolls into town. Mason can tell Andy is not human, but he doesn’t know what kind of creature she is. Moreover, Mason knows for a fact that he is attracted to her in a way he hasn’t been attracted to woman in a really long time. Andy is the bringer of death—a reaper—as well as a kick-butt, quick-witted character, so much so, that I want to be her if the world comes to an end. I loved Andy’s sense of humor, her witty comebacks to Mason, and her taunts when fighting. Mason and Andy’s sexual chemistry is electrifying, and their intimate scenes are blazing hot. With their amazing and unique abilities, Mason and Andy are a couple to be reckoned with.

This dazzling couple and action-filled plot twists make Reaper a captivating story that will keep you glued to your e-reader right up to the dramatic conclusion.

I received an eBook copy of the book for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review, and all conclusions are my own responsibility.

    Night bio

Name: err... translated most accurately into human language, it means ruler of the night. She shortens it to night. Age: debatably immortal. Gender: female. Description: while in shadows or during the night: midnight blue skin, silver eyes, flog hadow hair, and a dress woven from pure shadow. While in sunlight/during the day, pale skin, long, jet black hair, silver eyes, a black tshirt, dark blue jeans, ak and whit converse and a black leather jacket. Type: shadow demon. (Most powerful during the night, significantly less so during the day, though shadows help.) She is the only one (mostly because i created the race off the top of my head and id rather not have any copiers.) History: dont ask. Personality: really depends. Usually very quiet, but also smart. Slightly arrogant, but only to people she doesnt know well. Other: just ask.

    Ivory's Bio

Name; Ivory Florencia Di Angelo. Species; Amazea Demon. Appearance; Ivory is a demon. No duh. Anyway, the Amazea have pale skin with a slight tint of indigo. Her eyes are an unnerving gold that gleam with a light of their own framed with luscious lashes that are just as light. In her forehead there is a small amethyst gemstone inset ever so slightly that serves as her power/energy source. She has thick silver hair that is silky and incredibly straight that reaches her waist, which she contains in an immaculate French braid. She wears a tattered red cape to hide her mediocre black wings. Her everyday wardrobe contains her cape, a sleeveless black evening gown that has the bottom half torn off and ends in fluffy layers at the knee, thigh-high combat boots, and the occasional prim fedora. Weapons and Powers; The Amazea are masters of shape-shifting, telepathy, and a complex version of charmspeak. Besides that, Ivory carries a dozen concealed daggers of assorted metals on her person. She is also renowned when it comes to poisons.
