More than just a cookbook
Wow! I've enjoyed Casey's past books and made almost every meal in those well worn books. So I was thinking this would be another good cookbook, I had no idea how much more I would learn from Casey. This book reads more like a history of New Mexico. Don't get me wrong the food stuff is all I hoped for, but the up to date info on New Mexican wine was really useful. I've already used the book to make contact with sellers and buy some great wines. As for the food, the boys at the firehouse love it.
