Just picked up this cookbook and have made 2 desserts so far - the Walnut Phyllo Roll Alexandropolou and the Koulourakia, which are cookies that are apparently made at this time of year. Both were DELICIOUS! Because those turned out so great, I also made the Chicken a la Cohyli. This was an easy dish to make, that had such a great taste. I served it to my husband and he gobbled it up! The book is packed with information and a ton of recipes. It also has drink recipes and chapters on ouzo, beer, wine, and coffee. Definitely a great buy!
