Dear B&N Support....have you ever heard of Peggy?
OMG! I am so very frustrated right now. My new year of being peaceful and accepting grace into my life did so NOT apply to Barnes and Noble Customer Support.
Don't get me wrong. I love my Nook and have never ever had any issues ordering NookBooks and downloading them. They rock.
However...I did order this download for Reiki. I am a Reiki Master and want the Chart for an all day event coming up soon. I ordered the download on Dec 31...and should have immediately received an email with a link to the download. Now here it is 6 DAYS later and still no email. So I call....customer support.
Can we say "Peggy!" yikes. I have been on the phone for over an hour. I spoke to regular support, they transferred me to electronic download support...they saw the problem but said they couldn't fix it so they transferred me again. I finally got to Tamara and I explained patiently that I had been on the phone for over an hour and she was the 3rd person I had spoken with and that I really hope she could help me. The very second I explained my problem, she said, oh you need electronic download support and CUTTING ME OFF in the middle of my scream of "NO, WAIT...Don't Trans....!!!!" she TRANSFERRED me back to the people that had transferred me to her.
How rude! Tamara wherever you are, I certainly send you peace and light and blessings because you are going to need it after the F-bomb I dropped when you transferred me. I am sorry.
And so here I sit.....still on hold.....waiting patiently.

Purchased Jan 15, could not download until Jan 27. . .
Took a very long time to receive this item, and considering it is a download . . . Several contacts with Customer Service by phone (long wait each time). Tried on line contact, but received auto response "Please Call Customer Service"! Eventually, the technical problem was solved and the download link was operational - it was worth the wait. The chart is beautiful/ A big THANK YOU to the many customer service team members who helped with this. This item is related to relaxation - maybe this was all a big test :-)Was this review helpful?
