Great new author!
I love finding a new author. Christy Reece is fantastic. The characters are so deep and she isn't afraid to get raw and real with the emotional damage they have suffered. I liken her to Allison Brennan and Mariah Stewart, but I think I actually like her even better because the romance doesn't get lost in the "thriller" aspect of the novel.

This is Noah's story. Noah founded LCR and it is his life. He met Samara in the first book and they had a connection. In this book Noah ask Samara for her help with an internet ring that is kidnapping girls. Samara agress to help and is soon in a life threating situation. Noah saves her but not before she learns a deep secret about Noah.
Noah is stubborn and turns her away more than once and after being hurt by Jordan in the first book she is a wounded person. She does however get back on her feet and goes on with her life....the ending is amazing and just what I was hoping for. I will not read Run to Me the third book, I can not wait. -
Return To Me
I love this series. I am so glad that these books are coming out so fast! I can't get enough. I think that Return To Me is just as good if not better then the first book in this series. The only problem I had with this book was it was too short! The first book Rescue Me was almost 400 pages. So a bit disappointed with the length but that can hardly be worth a serious complaint.

A wonderful sequel!
"Return To Me" is the second of Reece's Last Chance Rescue trilogy, and it lives up to the high expectations I had after reading the first book, "Rescue Me". I liked both Noah and Samara in the first book, so I already cared about the characters when I picked up their story. I've not been disappointed. Reece writes believable characters you care about, and puts them in horrific situations. There's no stopping the thrill ride of a plot. The story is gritty, the action harsh at times, but Reece manages to do it without making the reader feel she's in a gore-fest. A nice accomplishment, and a highly recommended read.

The second LCR thriller is an exhilarating romantic suspense
Last Chance Rescue (LCR) Enterprises founder Noah McCall "owns" Samara Lyons as he dominates her dreams although they live in separate states and she has no hope of really making it with him as his demons going back to childhood have left him heartless. When he arrives in her hometown in Alabama, she is stunned as the real person is even better than her memorable fantasies. Noah pleads with Samara to assist him in his efforts to rescue kidnapped girls snatched by online predators. Samara agrees to be the bait and goes undercover to identity the culprits.------------
Nothing goes as planned. Instead of capturing the criminals, they kidnap Samara. They torture her as Noah's past threatens the woman he always loved; he is willing to die to free his Samara.----------------
The second LCR thriller (see RESCUE ME) is an exhilarating romantic suspense starring two kick butt champions in love, but his childhood leaves him unable to form a relationship. Fans will root for this couple as they play chess with nasty villains who have no compunctions about killing innocent civilians as the sex slave market is a lucrative recession-proof part of the global economy. Although their escapades are not new, fans will relish their dysfunctional relationship and look forward to the next thriller in the LCR saga, RUN TO ME.--------------
