The Exercises Stretches Work
I found this book searching for something else. The author explains how we trap trauma (doesn't have to be major) in our bodies in our psoas muscles. He outlines exercises that will cause tremors that release the held tension from your body. He travels the world helping large groups of people release trauma. The exercises are easy and have photos. For a few that may be difficult, he gives the easy version. They take about 15 min or so plus the release time and that is up to you.
