The latest Wild Riders erotic romantic suspense is a delightful entry

AJ loved Teresa, but left town because he knew he was not good enough for her. A decade later, he is no longer that insecure troubled teenager as he has become a Wild Rider federal agent. He returns to Missouri on vacation, accompanied by his partner Pax.

Teresa never forgot the boy who deserted her. She owns the Greasy Rider bar that AJ and Pax stop at for a drink. She is elated her AJ is back, but also finds she wants Pax too. They reciprocate as AJ never stopped loving her and Pax is falling in love with her. However, a brawl at the bar leaves one dead and Teresa's brother Joey accused of murder. The two Wild Riders accompanied by Teresa head to South Dakota for the big bike shindig to find the real killer and each other.

The latest Wild Riders erotic romantic suspense (see Riding on Instinct and Riding Temptation) is a delightful entry as the three key players and their interrelationships feel genuine. The story line is fast-paced in and out of the sack (and some other places) as the dynamic trio seeks to identify who the killer is; not one of them believes Joey did it. Fans will enjoy Riding the Night with this ménage a trois while wondering how their triangle will end.

Disappointing End to a Great Series

I loved this series but this book was a letdown. I don't mind the threesome thing as a scene because it's erotic and a fantasy, but it was disappointing that Pax and AJ end up in love with the same woman. Their relationships with Teresa are underdeveloped and most of the story leans towards Teresa falling in love with Pax. AJ is just an afterthought. It makes little sense that a woman who was raped would jump into a sexual relationship with two men, one of whom she knew nothing about. I would have liked this book more if it was the story of Teresa and AJ falling in love again with a spicy threesome scene thrown in. Something that would make Pax realize he wanted to find what all his friends found, letting Teresa heal some of his scars. I would have looked forward to reading his book next. As it stands, this book left me lukewarm and not nearly as satisfied as the other books in the series.

    SAMPLE IS LAME

So, i'm not buying this book simply on principle. I got the sample, to check it out, because I usually know pretty quick if I will like a book or not. The sample is the first 11 pages. the first page is the title, the next in the table of contents, 2 pages of "praise" one page of other stuff Jaci Burton has written. the 6 page is another title page, identical to the first, then the publishing information, for 3 pages, then the 10th page is acknowledgements.
Most of the samples I get from B&N for my nook are a good 25 pages, so you actually getto read some, but this was literally a paragraph!

I'm in love with this series!

SPOILER ALERT:::::Ok first off I get the whole threesome thing with Pax and AJ and Teresa. Anyone who has been paying attention in the books following up to this one knows that Pax and AJ do everything together. This includes sharing women. Although I do have to say I would of loved to see them with separate women in the end. Maybe twins or something. But anyhow, the book was still really good. And yes I just realized i spoiled the book. But that was hard to get around. I love the writing and characters. Even the story lines in this series is great. I'm a huge Sons of Anarchy fan, if anyone that watches the show would swear AJ is my Jax in another body. But the characters are sexy and down to earth. I liked that. The sex is hot!!! ! And the men hotter!!!! I hope this isn't the last one. I I would definitely say it's a keeper. Just don't stop with this one Burton PLEASE!!!!!
