    Fantastic book

    I really liked this book. I read a lot of business books, and most are 90% BS and 10% useful information. Not this one.

    This book blew me away - so much of what she says rings true, and it contains a lot of useful information to take my management career to the next level. Not just vague generalities, but specific, actionable items to move from line manager up the food chain.

    This book is exactly what I needed at this point in my career.  

    This book is exactly what I needed at this point in my career.  I'm a middle manager wanting to rise.  Every page was valuable to me in some way.  I'm applying new things I learned every day and it's making a difference.  The future is bright.
