    Not just a recipe book

    Most bread books simply give you recipes for bread, but not this one. Daniel Stevens actually teaches you HOW to make bread, and not just what to put in it. Really the best part is that while he does show you quite a few recipes, it is clear that there is still a lot of room for your own personal touch. The prefaces to everything are also all very informative, and if you ever had any desire to build your own clay oven, there's a whole section on it in the back. If you've ever had the desire to bake really good bread, but just can't grasp those other recipe books you've found, I'd recommend picking this one up.

    The best explanation, step-by-step, of what it takes to make a wonderful loaf of bread.
