    Good, Classic Story

Robin Hood is a classic story for all ages. Robin Hood was a expert archer from Sherwood Forest who wanted to win the Sheriff's Prize against the best bowman at the Nottingham Fair. He and his right hand man Little John, along with others, became a group of outlaws who lived in the forest. They didn't like the ways of the Sheriff and the other rich people in Nottingham. Little John became a servant for the Sheriff to allow them access to him and his riches. Robin Hood loves to help less fortunate people. He sometimes steals from the rich and gives to the poor. He is even helped by Friar Tuck, a holy man, who leaves Nottingham for the Sherwood Forest to help the outlaws. There has always been a great debate about if it is right to steal if it is helping people. At the time of this story, some of the laws were unfair and many people were poor and starving. Robin Hood could trick rich people out of their money but he didn't keep it for himself. He always gave it away. I liked this story because the author used words so I could picture the story in my head. I had always heard of Robin Hood but now I know more details about him and his story.
