Great CD!!!
I love this album!! I have lost count on how many times I have listened to it. I like "Dective", "Underneath it All", "Rock Steady", and "In my Head" are some of my favorites.

I have to be honest
I love No Doubt, they are my favorite band EVER!! But I was't really impressed with this CD. It doesn't sound like Ska/Reggae anymore, it just sounds like pop. If you want to hear real awesome No Doubt check out these CD's:

AWESUM!!!!
Hella Good (5/5) This song is basically a great uptempo dance hip-hop song. The bass on this song is so loud, it is amazing...& it has a kewl guitar breakdown. This song never gets old for some reason./ Hey Baby (5/5) Great dancehall moderate tempo song. The bass on this song is really loud too. This song doesnt sound as good as it is because it was really overplayed./ Making Out (4/5) This is an 80s pop new wave song. It is really good. It is fast at 118 beats per minute...but it seems like it last too long./ Underneath It All (5/5) Love this reggae influenced song!!! It constist of all these different parts and they are but together so beautifully. Lady Saw made this song a hit./ Detective (5/5) GOSH...this song is awesum!!! It sounds like a suspense or something...i dunno. The song is under 3 minutes long, so it makes you wanna keep playing it. Oh yeah this song is a weird kinda rock./ Don't Let Me Down (5/5) This song is more than perfect...haha. It's a 80ish new wave rock song. This is my fav. on the CD. This sould have been a single. This song is really fast at like 138 BPM./ Start The Fire (4/5) At first I didnt like this song as much...but it grew on me. This is a str8 up reggae song that is about making up to your lover by getting high and having sex!!! LOL YUMMY!!!/ RUNNING (5/5) I think this song is just as, or more beautiful as Don't Speak. This song is so pretty. It really put a tear in my eye. It is an 80ish pop ballad, but amazingly it's faster than Hey Baby & Hella Good. This is also why this song is so unique./ In My Head (4/5) Awesum pop song. Really kewl. I like it alot./ Platinum Blonde Life (4/5) Awesum rock dance song!!!/ Waiting Room (2-4/5) At first I hated this song, but it grows on you. It sounds like a prince song hence it was produced by him. I give a 2 for the first time I heard it, but now I give it a 4. This is really a good song. It's the fastest song on the album. It's almost as fast as Ex-Girlfriend. This is a good RnB song./ Rock Steady (5-4/5) This song is the opposite to me, it was really great when I first heard it, but it is dying or something. It is too long. But great reggae-ish song./ I give this album an overall 5 STAR....becuase it is something for everyone. This and Return Of Saturn are the best albums ever made of all-time.

Best CD in World History!!
This CD is so cool it just makes you want to get up and dance! I love the title because it is one of there hit songs on the CD! No Doubt also has a number of slow songs and a number of fast songs as well! This CD has also some songs that have rap in them and some songs that don't, which is really cool in my point of view! So what else is there to say No Doubt is the coolest band in world history!

One of the best rock artists' to exsist!
" Rock steady", I think is a pretty good song and the lyrics in the " Blond" song are almost the center point of cool. " Hella Good" beyond rocks and even though I am a huge fan, this cd did not rock enough for me to rate it beyond three stars.

Possibly the Best No Doubt CD Yet!
As a MAJOR Gwenabee, I give Rock Steady THREE thumbs up! Only complaint: I think the cover art's kinda ugly :P

With the release of Rock Steady No Doubt really shows the music world the talent that has kept them together for 15 years.

Awsome! This blows ever other current artist OUT OF THE WATER!!
This CD blows Return to Saturn away! It is their greatest cd yet, it is the coolest. I am a huge fan of Tragic Kingdom, but this is way cool! It's awsome! Everything they have done so far can't measure up to how great they made this cd! I totally recomend it if your into that cool, edgy, rock steady attitude! You would have to be a total nut case if you did not like this cd. It's a cd that even the geekiest nerds are allowed to love. It's totally awsome! I think that No Doubt is the greatest band, because they are not trying to be pop people, but they have been doing their own thing, the thing that they love the most!

BEST NO DOUBT CD TO DATE
I REALLY LOVE THIS CD, A LITTLE SPLASH OF REGGAE ADDED TO THE MIX ON A FEW TRACKS, A WONDERFUL LISTENING EXPERIENCE KIND OF REMINESCENT OF BLONDIE AND MISSING PERSONS.

Hey baby is pretty good, and hell a good is my favorite song. I hate Gwen and she wears way too much makeup (and still looks like cra p) but i have to admit she has a good voice. She wastes it singing bad songs, though- the rest of this CD sucks.

No Doubt's 'Rock Steady' album trully rocks!
I love this album it is one of my favorites. It has such a unique sound that's like no other. Two of my most favorite tracks of the Rock Steady album are track 2 ''Hella Good'' and track 7 ''In My Head.'' This album is a definite must guaranteed!

Great CD
No Doubt's cd, Rock Steady, is sure to be a hit. No Doubt lets loose and has fun on this album, not like Return of Saturn in which the band tried to show its seriousness and maturity. Some of the better tracks on the cd are Hey Baby, the first single off the album, Underneath It All, which features Lady Saw, Detective, in which Gwen sings of suspecting her lover of being unfaithful, Start the Fire, a song about getting back together, Running, which is a slower and more serious balad than many of the other songs on the album, In My Head, about a long distance relationship, Waiting Room, with vocals from Prince, Platinum Blonde Life, which is a harder rocking song than the others, and the title track, Rock Steady. All in all this is a great cd with the potential for many singles and I would definitely reccommend it.

Pretty Catchy!!
No Doubt has done a good job with this album although I thought they used the synthsizes too much! Not as good as the brilliant Tragic Kingdom. Songs like ''Don't Let me Down,'' ''Hella Good'' ''Start the fire'' and ''Platnium Blonde Life'' are very catchy tunes. There are only two songs on the album that I don't like including first single ''Hey Baby'' which I find ear damaging!! No Doubt are known for experimenting with music so I hope that they will go back to another Tragic Kingdom!!! Go No Doubt!!!!

Took a little time to get used to...
The first time I heard the CD I wasn't to crazy about it, but it grows on you. The more I listened, the more I liked it. I highly recommend this CD to everyone who likes something different. It's unique but it's not out of touch with listeners. I really like it!

Awesome CD!
No Doubt's genre almost completely changes w/this CD! There's a little Jamaican mon, 80's, ska & even a 70's disco-type song!! It is really awesome - Gwen has really expanded her reach with this one!!! :)
