While reading this book one has to return to previous pages in order to keep the characters straight, but it's worth it. This book was not only well written but provides the reader with twists and turns that are completely unexpected. Christopher Reich makes you feel like you are there with the characters. The storyline is fascinating and his knowledge of Swiss banking and Clandestine Agencies is remarkable. This author did his homework. RULES OF VENGEANCE, which is now out,is not as fascinating, a bit easier to predict the outcome, but it certainly allows the characters to come full circle. I loved the first book, but perhaps reading them back to back was not a very wise choice on my part. However, the second is a great read.

From the first page the hook is set! Every chapter keeps you on the edge with action and suspense packed into every page. It delivers everything I hoped for in a suspense thriller and more.

    Great Book

I too got in on the 99 cent sale for this book and for the price it's an absolute steal. The story starts off with immediate action and I love when the author tries to hook you right off the bat. If you have a nook this will come in at 400+ pages but I flew threw it. This is definitely a book for fans of espionage and spy thrillers. The characters are all trying to figure each other out and there are so many good twists, granted some on the predictable side, but so what! You will find yourself trying to guess what happens next just like the characters and it was just more incentive to get to the next page. Very well written and extremely entertaining. Even at its regular price this is a book you should pick up. If you download to the nook it comes with the first chapter of the next book in the series and it will confirm that - YES - you will want to get that one too!

Loved it. Couldn't put it down. Enjoyed the twists and turns

Thought it was great from the beginning. Was nice to have surprises and have to keep guessing on who the "bad" guys were, only to be wrong each time!

Great twists and turns - thoroughly entertaining!

I really enjoyed this book. I read a lot of mysteries and thrillers and I have already purchased his next book, which features the same main character. I highly recommend this book as it truly surprised me!

    What a great read!

I could not put this book down! Each page was more exciting than the last. This is one of those books where you have to set aside a full day out of your schedule to sit, read, and enjoy. This is Chris' best book yet!
