More like a 268 page nike commercial...
I mostly bought it for the plyometric exercises it was supposed to have according to the runner's world website. well there was absolutely no information on what exercises to specificly do. Don't waste your money just browse through it at the bookstore. It keeps saying heel striking is natural, it's annoying take your freakin shoes off and heel strike down the road, see what happens.

Simple e-ink lacking
I started reading this on my nook simple touch, and after a while noticed that, although informative, i can't see a lot of the information, because my simple touch does not show the illustrations

Great book! Highly recommended!
Loved this book. Very informative. I do wish the charts in the book were alittle bigger because they were hard to read on my nook but other than that this book was awesome. Clearly written, easy to understand.

Highly recommended for the runner interested to learn
Extremely informative and enjoyable for those that enjoy learning the physiology of exercise, particularly as it relates to running.
