    Simple e-ink lacking

I started reading this on my nook simple touch, and after a while noticed that, although informative, i can't see a lot of the information, because my simple touch does not show the illustrations

More like a 268 page nike commercial...

I mostly bought it for the plyometric exercises it was supposed to have according to the runner's world website. well there was absolutely no information on what exercises to specificly do. Don't waste your money just browse through it at the bookstore. It keeps saying heel striking is natural, it's annoying take your freakin shoes off and heel strike down the road, see what happens.

    Great book.

I loved this book. It was so interesting learning how our bodies respond to running and why I feel the way I do before and after I run. I have recommended this book to several people and I plan on giving it as gifts for those special runners in my life.

Extremely informative and enjoyable for those that enjoy learning the physiology of exercise, particularly as it relates to running.
