Ok this book is a good book. To help any runner with a injury. It will help you tell what it is, how to treat it,and how to heal it. Yes is also tells you about running shoes and lots more. One PART I DID NOT LIKE IS IT SEEMS. THE author TALKS OTHER HEALING SYSTEMS DOWN. LIKE CHIROPRACTORS, MASSAGE THERAPY and some others So I say buy the book but keep a open mind. Also there are a lot more things that can happen to a runner. I would buy this book and have it on hand just in case!!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
