Good complement, but...
Col. Graham's second effort is well-done, however I felt it lacked a sense of familiarity with the reader, almost as if the book was being dictated to rather than being written for the consumer. Also, despite their stellar airmanship in piloting/crewing the SR-71, I think the pilots and RSO's who donated chapters to the book might take life a little too seriously, even in retirement. This is clearly evidenced by their 'overuse' of 'quote marks' and their clearly unnecessary italics for exciting events that plain text alone could have achieved. Both this book and Col. Graham's first, 'SR-71 Revealed', had that tone to them almost as if he was writing for a beginner.
