Suspenseful, magical, a real page turner

This is a grammatical edit of my original review: In many ways the second in the series was better than the first. Dariel travels over seas to the Other Lands and discovers the consequences of the Akarans dark history. Mena's mission to track down and destroy creatures mutated by the Santoth's magic shows that not all of the creatures are evil and Mena bonds with one who becomes an inseperable soul mate. The twists and turns of the plot and creative storylines kept the story interesting and moving. The author also did a masterful job exploring themes such as life, death, good, evil, subjugation, faith, and redemption. I have one minor complaint with the e-book version: no maps. I did find them through some googling, but wish they had been included.

    FU┬┐KED UP by leo

Standing on the corner of Stuart and the Avenue. Ripping up my transfer and a photograph of you. You're a blur of my dead past and rotting existence. As i stand laughing on the corner of insignificance./ Well destiny is dead in the hands of bad luck. Before it might have made some sense but now its all...fu€ked up!/ seasons change as well as minds and im a twofaced clown. You're mommys little nightmare driving daddys car around. Im beat down and halfbrain dead. The long lost king of fools. I may be dumb but im not stupid enough to stay with you. Well destiny is dea in the hands of bad luck. Before it might have made some sense but now its all...fu€ked up! You're all fu€ked up! We're all fu€ked up! Its all fu€ked up!
