gimme a break!
There may be, in fact, good reason to do away with the death penalty, but this book does not make a good case. Why aren't victims saints? Why doesn't the book address the total corruption of the judicial system?

Confused
I read this book hoping there would be a situation where someone was on death row because he was innocent. Instead Domonique is clearly guilty.
He did, indeed, change while he has been in prison and has helped many people along the way, but, the fact is, he is guilty. I'm confused and feeling a bit uncharitable toward this young man.0 out of 2 people found this review helpful.
