Sometimes it is nice to read the story of someone who has been there. Not fictionalized, not historical, just a person who after reading thier story you know you can relate to. This story is short and simple during an age of incomprehensible legnth and complexity. Added to this complexity it the reality that this story is about a child's experience at the hands of real life monsters and the consquences for her as a woman trying to survive in the aftermath of her world. This book is a great buy, especially to share with young adults. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
