Good tips but disappointed
The book offered a good concrete system for managing an already motivated sales force. But I thought it was pretty snarky when it came to challenges. Many examples that offered a challenge led to "needless to say, this employee soon found a better opportunity outside the company". That kind of attitude can be pretty expensive to a company. And I have to admit it was hard to get past the misspellings and gramatical errors in it--even the name of the book on the inside cover!
