Overall, I rate Same-Sex Marriage Pro and Con as only two stars. The book was really informative, and I would consider it more of a book for research than one to curl up under the covers with. There was a lot of political jargon that was hard to follow and comprehend. I did however learn a lot of information and it really opened my eyes to the different sides and debates that revolve around same-sex marriage. The depth of information included was very suprising to me considering the book is only 380 pages. I would only recommend the book to someone who is really passionate about learning and becoming informed with the issues regarding same-sex marriages and gays and lesbians.

I would definitely recommend this book. I never thought much about this issue b/c it didn't affect me. But as I listened to how upset it made some people I decided to pay more attention and did a paper on the subject and this book was very helpful
