Sanford Makes sense
Sanford Meisner on acting is an excellent approach to acting. I found it to be very helpful. Unfortuntely at times it can me a little confusing because it comes directly from one of his classes but it is real ideas and thoughts that you can use.

A real road to acting
It's perfect for those who don't like method acting. It's an awesome view into reflex and taking what your acting partner gives you. Meisner uses a very truthful appraoch to acting. He makes acting fun by focusing on imagination and truthful emotion. In my opinion it's better than method acting. :-)
