    fresh brushes for emails

I thought to try and add musical strokes to my emails. Used to play in a symphonic band ... years ago ... and learned to read music.

Thought it might add some zip to my emails in mashup phrases like "my bus ride to work adagio", or "the other driver signed sforzando".

A lot of the terminology is fun.
    Like Giustamente "Exactly, with precision".
... Just like the sound it.
Like Alborada "Type of Spanish music; originally a morning serenade".
... As in Ravel's "Alborada del Gracioso".
Like Scherzo "A joke, jest. 1. An instrumental piece of a light, piquant, humorous character. 2. A vivacious movement in the symphony, with strongly marked rhythm and sharp and unexpected contrasts in both rhythm and harmony; usually the third movement."
    ... As in Tschaikowsky's "Symphonie Nr. 4 f-moll op. 36"

    Cheap and Complete

As a young teenager who has played music for 9 years, I have never seen a more complete reference guide. This has every musical term you could ever encounter, plus a thorough synoposis of many musical time periods and great musicians. As an added bonus, it is also small and compact, as well as much cheaper than larger dictionaries that offer the same amount of information. This is an awesome book for reference as well as good reader if you're curious about musicians and other things.

Most Complete; recomended by Music Theory teacher

This is the most complete music dictionary out there, if you don't want to pay a fortune for a huge one. It's all I needed for my music theory class, my teacher recommended this one
