Scraps and appliques
This book starts out with a 16 page section on how to do applique. It covers scrap applique methods, preparation, stitching and finishing. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
There are eight projects which are categorized as quilts but they are small and more like wall hangings in my opinion. Of course, like all quilters, you can add more and make them into a lap or bed sized quilt. Each project has the templates needed for the appliques at full size.
A color photo of the item is shown and the finished size is given. Instructions are clearly written and have graphics to help make sure you are on the right track. Quilting instructions are provided in the section called The Finish Line. The last page has a short bio on the author.
If you like scraps and applique, this is a must-have for your quilting library.
