The Origin of Herobrine ~ My Story ~ by River&star<_>/Annabeth Chase

[Note to the Readers: everything that happened, happens, and will happen is entirely made up. It is an original by me, Annabeth Chase. Thank you.]

    Before Herobrine existed...
Before MineCraft was as popular as it is today...
MineCraft existed for real.

On a hidden island, deep in the Pacific Ocean where no explorer had yet been, lived a small group of people. They were the only ones of their kind.

    Their names were Steve,
Mira,
Opal,
Jade,
Matthew,
Anthony,
Nico, and
Galen.
Steve was the leader. He was naturally a commander. What he said was done. The others all respected him.
Mira was the techie. Whatever she touched was almost immediately done by her skillful hands and intelligence.
Opal and Jade were scouts. If a zombie, skeleton, or creeper was approaching, they would be the first to know. When it was getting dark, they would round up the others to head back to the house.
Matthew was the architect. He designed the plans for the creations Mira invented.
Anthony, Nico, and Galen were the guards. If a monster got too close to the house, they were the ones who had to kill it. If it was daytime, they would also shear the sheep, butcher the pigs and cows, and collect the chickens' eggs.
It was a peaceful life.
That is, it was a peaceful life until Matthew was infected by a strange virus from a Slime. It was called the "H-Brine" virus.
Needless to say, Steve was mad. He swore that they would find a cure for their loyal architect. However, the best Mira could do was create a Health Potion.
It didn't work.
Finally, in a rage, Steve ordered Mira to create a device that ran on extreme amounts of lightning, which they called a "computer." After Mira created it, she created a device which could take a person and imprison them within a computer TPS, a tiny piece for storage not in regular computers today. Steve stole it and the computer from Mira and ran away, but not before imprisoning Matthew within.
Steve found out he could change Matthew's appearance, so he gave him milky white eyes. When he found out he had to leave quickly, he left his brown hair and light skin. However, in his final moments on that island, Steve was able to reprogram Matthew's name. He attempted to type "H-Brine," after the disease, but he accidentally typed "Herobrine" and clicked "Save." He could not change the file now. Not long after, Mira, Opal, Jade, Nico, and Galon found out that he had left--and taken Matthew, now Herobrine, with him.

When Steve arrived at North America, he created his own duplicate of that island. He decided to call himself "Mojang" after his friends, Mira, Opal, Jade, Anthony, Nico, and Galen. The only person he didn't add was Matthew. Later, he added Herobrine, no longer Matthew, to his game which he called "MineCraft," and the game was made.

But what happened to Matthew? Well, that's another story...for another time.
[If you would like me to write it, please tell me! Thanks!]
