Once classes start everything starts changing. Larissa is too busy to make time for her friend. Eric is suddenly jealous of everything. Cassidy is suddenly finding Zach, the worldly college boy, attractive, and she starts to question everything. The reintroduction of her childhood best friend, Joe, into the equation makes life even more interesting for her, even if he is all the way across the country. Throughout the summer she expands her horizons, but begins to wonder if she really knows anything about the real secrets of boys and life in general.
The thoughts and feelings that Cassidy experience will likely be familiar to readers. Abbott uses believable dialogue to help tell her story. Readers will be envious of the amazing wardrobes Cassidy and Larissa have access to. Some of the events seem a little unlikely, but they do not distract from the important lessons that Cassidy learns while finding herself. In the end, things wrap up in a satisfying way even if it is not what readers may hope for. There is a feeling that life is just starting to get good for Cassidy Jones.

Cassidy Jones has her summer all planned out; she and her BFF, Larissa, have jobs lined up at a super-trendy clothing boutique and her gorgeous, surfer boyfriend, Eric, wants her to spend time in the sand with him. Sadly, her ultra-organized and goal-oriented parents have decided she should spend her summer in an intensive language program at a university.

Once classes start everything starts changing. Good Book
Its a good book! It's a good read. It's kind of dissapointing in the end on what happens to well Zach And Eric. It's really good though. Very entertaining.

not the best but its ok
This Book is a very quick read. Its nice if you are at the beach ect.. I personaly though that the ending was too predictable and at some points the book started dragging on. If you like Teen books about romance then I would strongly recommend something else like 'Jason & Kyra' or the 'The A-List'.

well ive read alot of novels by Hailey Abott, and this one.. it was okay, i prefer the summer boys, this book kinda made 'cassidy' look like she was kinda a slut. but it was good at the end, im sure sparks will fly with her best friend :]

Good !!!
This book is good but the end is pretty predictable. It gets interesting as the story progresses. It is worth reading & I do recommend it but my advice is if you feel its getting a little slow dont give up on it because it does get better!!!

Pretty Good
This book was pretty good.Cassidy has a boyfriend but then she meets Zach her hot TA. But then there's also Joe the cool friend. This book is all about boys. It keeps you guessing what boy Cassidy is going to end up with! A good read.

OK, got kinda slow durning the middle
all in all this was a good book but i felt that in the middle things got too slow to the point where you just want to flip to the back and read the last chapter to figure out which boy she choices...so i did and i didnt seem to miss much. A light read for the beach, pool, laying out, or just trying to get sleepy...summer boys is WAY better
