As the librarian at a public high school with a business academy, I found "Sell more..." to be an excellent resource for our students. Our academy teachers have been using Ms. McKay's book as a follow up and template for lessons about entrepreneurship. Ms. McKay is obviously in business for herself as well as being an accomplished author. I found the book easy to follow with its uncomplicated and humorous style. I found the chapter "Customer service, it's not brain surgery or rocket science; it's harder" to be very helpful. Libraries by their very nature ARE customer service. Some of her suggestions and insights have been useful in training our student assistants. I would recommend adding Ms. McKay's book to high school library collections especially for those students and faculty who are looking for resources before starting their own businesses.Was this review helpful?
