An Epic Struggle

I anm an avid reader of paranormal romance and historical novels. I rarely meet a novel I don't like. In Seraphim, I loved the plot, Sera and Dom had great potential...inspired and creative idea. Unfortunately, the writing was flat and lacked detail. The action scenes were bland. Ms. Hauf is a capable author and has written some ejoyable books. This book neeed a good editor to kick it back for rewrites a few more times.. Reading it was an Epic Struggle.

    I Also Recommend:

Action and Adventure With a Swirl of Romance

This book became my favorite when I had previously never had a favorite book before. It's been a few years since I first picked it up, but it's one of those books you loan to everyone and I can personally say my copy of this book has seen more hands than any other in my collection. It speaks from the two main characters' points of view and shows the growing romance between them as they go on a journey seeking revenge. There are several battles in the story and all are very unique, no part of this book is repeative. The author also works very cleverly with twists.

This is recommended to anyone looking for a skillful blend of action and adventure with just the right amount of romance. (Of all the books I recommend Elphame's Choice is by far the best as the only book to ever surpass Seraphim in my mind.)
