Enjoyed the way the story allowed you to apply the lessons to life, work, family and golf. Well written to enable the reader to become Lucas and learn with him as he transformed his game and perspective on life during his 7 days in Utopia. Recommended reading for any golfer but you may not enjoy it as much if you do not play the game.

Offers many things to many people

This is an amazing book. And the movie was even better. (It's almost as if this book was written with Robert Duvall in mind.... could not have been a better actor for this part.) This is NOT a 'chick' book/movie. It's a golf story. If a person simply wants to learn better golf technique and how to master emotions on the course, then this is a great read. If a person wants a more profound reading experience, then this is a great read.

What could have been an interesting book is spoiled by religion posing as "truth." Good concept. Poor execution.

    Leave God Out of It

There should be a born again christian warning on this book. A good golf book ruined 100 pages in when you're hit over the head with this lord jesus christ my savior crap.

    My Inpiration!

This story was great for a golfer like me, who has always struggled with trying to "force" my way around the course. To read and believe that you can "see-feel-trust" your way in golf and life will change everything! I highly recommend for those that are searching both for their game and for their life!
