A storm is brewing. You can smell it in the air. Soon, a ferocious deluge will assault the dead city. You know you must find cover.

As you continue your search through this husk of a town, you discover something: a half-built guardtower. Though it is obviously under construction, it still stands, less unscathed than it's surroundings. What little was created of it was obviously well-made.

Upon closer inspection, you see around it's base a picnic blanket, and a dusty tome. The rotting food still upon the blanket shows that it was abandoned in a hurry. The book is unintelligible, written in a language no-one can understand.

Do not lose hope, Traveler: all is not lost. Though you may feel confused and upset by this horrific death hole, keep going. This place depends upon it.

Thunder rumbles overhead. You feel a light drizzle forming around you. Knowing that there is worse to come, you dash out of the city and onto a rugged path, in an attempt to find shelter.
