    Suspenfull and Gross

This book was pretty good I finished it pretty quickly. I think that Dean Koontz is too detailed in some of his books, he goes on about describing something forever it seems. I find myself skipping pages and saying, blah, blah, blah. I also Didn't care for the gross details when Eric's body was dying, yuck! If you like that stuff you would think that this book was awesome. Ending was ok, but something about Dean Koontz's books and writing make me read more? I guess I am just curious to see what he'll think of next! His writing kind of reminds me of Stephen King only less disturbed.

    A Science Fiction Fantasy

I am not really a fan of fantasy and Science Fiction. I was a little disappointed when the villian, Eric Leben turns into a fast growing devolving monster. It is good reading but it strains my credability as a physicist / engineer. If you are a Science Fiction fan, you will very likely love this book. It us full of action and suspense. Dean Koontz is an excellent writer.

It was a VERY exciting book, but kind of slow moving and boring at times!

I really liked the book! I liked how I felt about the characters and how I hated a couple of them. It felt like I was right in the book! But, he just described stuff too much, and he was giving a little information out that wasn't to useful, but it was quite exciting at times. Overall, I would've given this book 3 and 1/2 stars. It's a good book. You should read it. It'll give you some chills, if you get scared easily.
