    Another great Sharpe story

I am hooked on Cornwell's Sharpe series. and am reading #13 right now. Now that Sharpe and his men have become "old friends" I plan to go through the whole series. This book as the others sheds a light on a part of the Napoleonic Wars that is less written about.

    Sharpe's Fury

I highly reccommend this book. the setting is during the Napoleonic wars. While Sharpe is a fictional character the story is based on historic fact and is a good read. I would reccommend the entire series to any reader who likes historic fiction or just a rousing story. The series begins with Sharpe's Tiger and goes through Sharpe's Devil for a total of 17 books.

    Sharpe fiends

It is on my "to be read" pile, but having seen all the Sharpe's series on BBC I know it will be better. The book always is.

    sharpe carries on

After many years and adventures, I wondered if Sharpe would pass the test. He does and then some. Bernard Cornwell entertains and educates at the same time. Just hope he doesn't retire.

    Sharpe in Barrosa

Continue saga of wayward English soldier just trying to survive but becoming a hero in the process. More intrigue than battle but when the battles appear they are done with the style of historical accuracy the Cornwell is known for.
