Excellent example of Stephen King-type horror!!
This book may be a tad long but every page is filled with marvelous characterizations and thrills, just like the best of Stephen King. David and Donna and their young daughter Pepsi stumble upon a small town in the New Mexico desert on their way to Las Vegas--Pepsi has a genetic disease that threatens her life and her parents want to take her on one last vacation. But the nightmare they find in Clear Water, which revolves around secrets and lies and the guilt the townspeople share as well as the guilt David feels is as creepy and unsettling as anything I've ever read! Definitely not for the faint of heart, this is a classy, extremely well written thriller. Definitely worth the price and more! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
