Great Read

My 11-year-old son needed help on the historical aspects - but was totally enthralled with the characters and story. We read it together and it was excellent. Great for history.

Shooting the moon wasnt really my kind of book.It was all about a girl whose brother goes into the army and when shes old enough she want's to go to because they have both dreamed about it since they were little. I just read it couse I was bored I guess. I am more of a girly girl than army type. I would recomend this book to people who like the army and would like to go into the army some day just not me. I encourage you to buy this book if you like that kind of things.

I read this book for school and it was a little dull in the beginning and Took a white to get to the climax.
I still don't have a very good understanding of why it's called shooting the moon. In my opinion, it should be
called Pictures From The War or something like that. But it was very good at the end!!!!
