    Rosie Memories

As someone who grew up listening to Rosemary Clooney, this is one tribute I couldn't miss. Bette Midler makes the songs fresh, thanks to her own inimitable style, and Mr. Manilow's deft hand at arrangements and production adds just the right panache. This was a labor of love and it shows.

Is it Rosemary or is it Bette?

This is "THE" best CD I've listened to in ages. It's the kind that I can put in the CD player and let it play continuously. There are sections where Bette sounds so much like Rosemary that it's truly spooky and then the next song it's Bette. Some of the arrangements are so much like Rosemary that it actually brings a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye. How much Rosie will be missed is a bit easier now that this CD is out.

    Wow! What a surprise!

I love Bette Miller but was didn't know if I should buy this. But I gave this CD a try. I'm so happy I did! Barry Manilow's style and Bette's voice will make you fall in love with Rosemary Clooney. Rosemary was not my generations type of singer but now because of this CD I started collecting them. This is perfect music for a dinner party or if you come home and want to feel good! You can even bring it work and it will make you glad your're there. Thanks Bette and Barry, you guys are the greatest! This makes a wonderful gift for anyone.

    Really Worth A Listen

I relly LOVE Rosemary Clooney but I'm a so/so fan of Bette. I had a chance to hear this and then purchased it right away. I really loved it. It is a great tribute to Rosie and I have a feeling that it is due to the teaming of Manilow and Midler!

    Manilow continues to impress

Barry Manilow proves himself to be one of America's best musical talents. Long berated by critics, year after year Mr. Manilow finds new ways to express his love of music. He and the Divine Ms. M's reunion is a wonderful effort. Mazel Tov Barry. You continue to impress.
