I'm not an avid low-carb dieter. I was looking more for recipes that are quick, inexpensive, and healthy to make for me during the weekdays between the time I get home from work and have to go to school. This book pretty much covers all those requirements for me. I also learned that I now like Brussel Sprouts thanks to one of the recipes in this book!
