with willingness and acceptance, this text will help you take a huge step forward

This was the first book that was introduced to me, which actually helped me tollerate my pain. I do not have BPD, but I am a self-injurer. DBT is supposedly a possibly effective therapy for all disorders and i will be looking forward to seeing DBT help other people the way that it has helped me. If you feel there is no way out, pick up this book. what do you have to lose?

    I am Borderline

Even though this book is for the therapist, It has given me the needed skills to help manage myself at times when I am not in therapy. It is a difficult book, but when you wade through it, it has a wealth of information. I tottally would recommend this book for people who suffer and answer every question it asks honestly. Do the skills and you too will have some success!

    DBT Skills Training

This is a great skills training manual for those starting to use DBT. I would suggest getting it if you have already completed some training in the area of DBT and somewhat understand it due to the amount of material included.
